Life 101 - Spring 2024

What is this?

An intentional online support & educational group facilitated by Anita Ladhani, LCSW and Energy Practitioner.

Who is this for?

Anyone (18 years and up) who is open to learning and growing and is looking for support and guidance.

What will we do?

Session will include educational content, guided meditations, a check in and will end with receiving Theta Healing Downloads.

What will we learn?

Topics explored will include:

Understanding the framework of Theta Healing and Power of Gratitude
Forgiveness and EFT/Tapping
Boundaries and Energy Vampires
Narcissists, Gaslighting, Love Bombing, Grey Rocking, and more
Self Love and Self Care
Secondary Gain
The power of our words and thoughts
Codependency and enabling - attachment styles.
Holding Space and setting boundaries
Manifestation and Abundance
Word of the year and End of year reflection.

All content will be uploaded to the course’s online library. Unlimited access to all content available for the duration of membership.

How much?

$60 per month

Payment method used at registration will be charge automatically on the same day each month for 6 months, beginning on date of registration.

When and Where:

2 Tuesdays a month on Zoom from 8 - 10 pm ET for 6 months.* We will start in January 2024 and end in June 2024.

* All six months are recommended but not required. Advance notice required to end early, and payment will discontinue after the month of notice given and you will no longer have access to the library.

If you happen to miss a live session, you can catch up by reviewing the video of the recorded session in your private library.

I agree to work with Sat Nam Therapeutic Services (Anita Ladhani, LCSW) by being a part of their various projects.

I understand that I may be recorded, and the recordings will be made available in our library which will for available members only.

Further, I acknowledge that I will be a part of group therapy/healing during which I may choose to not participate at any time. I am knowingly and willingly agreeing to join this energy-healing therapeutic group. I realize that I may have “stuff” (personal past traumas, limiting beliefs etc) come up during the group sessions. I understand that I am responsible to seek additional help to address/resolve my own “stuff” at my own expense.

I agree that what happens/is discussed during the group, stays in the group. I will not share, discuss, or reveal anything to people outside of the group.

I acknowledge that my group membership fee will be a for the duration of the course, no matter when I decide to join or drop out. I will be responsible to pay for ALL the monthly payments regardless of when I joined the group. Further, I understand that as part of my group membership, I will have access to a library of resources and videos which will be updated within 72 hours after each group session.

I understand that I will have access to the library for one month (30 days) after the last day of the last month of the membership period.

I also acknowledge that my group membership is for me only. Therefore, access to this library is ONLY for me. I agree to not share/give access to anyone else.

I understand that all group sessions will be held on Zoom. I will be responsible to join in at the scheduled time. If I miss a session, I will have access to the recordings which will be made available in my library.

I agree to show up in the group and represent myself as honestly and truly as possible. I agree to be respectful, kind, courteous, non-judgmental and open-minded. I understand that Anita Ladhani/Sat Nam Therapeutic Services may choose to cancel my membership at any time at her discretion. I will still be responsible for all outstanding membership fees.
